Property Evaluation
Our process for Mice and Rats starts with meeting with the client to discuss all of the areas on the property that
have had problems with the rodent. Common areas include the kitchen and usually require identification of the entry points.

Eradication
We’ll create a barrier using lock boxes with rodenticide that will help eliminate the rodents near and around your property. All entry points will be assessed and patched to ensure the rodents can no longer enter the property. Inside the property we will set up glue traps and safe baiting practices to rid of the rodents inside.

Checking Back and Cleanup
We’ll revisit every 30 days. Throughout the season, we’ll also resupply baits in your lockboxes and continue to cleanup the traps. All damage done by the rodents can be repaired and cleaned by us so you do not have to hire an additional contractor to make repairs. We are a one stop shop.
